What checkout collects
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you provide one. We also keep the items you bought, the order total, and the order reference Square assigns.
Payment
Payment is processed by Square. Card numbers, gift card numbers, and wallet credentials are entered in Square’s payment form. They never touch the Pack Mule House site or its server. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay, when your device offers them, are also handled by Square.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill the order, ship it, and send ourselves an order alert. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Order details stay as long as we need them for shipping, returns, taxes, and our records. You can email packmulehouse@gmail.com to ask what we have from a particular order.
