Shipping
Where we ship
We ship to United States addresses only, including DC and US territories we can reach by normal parcel service.
What it costs
Every US order has $10 flat-rate shipping. That amount is the shipping charge at checkout. It is not calculated later, and it does not change by weight or distance inside the US.
When it leaves
In-stock items ship within a few business days. Made-to-order items take longer, and an order that mixes both ships together when the made-to-order pieces are ready.
X-Frame ships in about 1 week. Wind River Canyon ships in about 2 weeks. Other made-to-order items ship in about 1 week. The product page and checkout say the lead time for a made-to-order item, for example “Made to order: ships in about 1 week.”
