The shop
Pack Mule House is a small maker shop in Thermopolis, Wyoming. The site sells goods we design and make. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when Square confirms the payment.
Prices and shipping
Prices include tax. US orders add $10 flat-rate shipping. We ship inside the United States only. Lead times for made-to-order work are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. X-Frame ships in about 1 week. Wind River Canyon ships in about 2 weeks. Other made-to-order items ship in about 1 week.
Use of the site
Use the site to browse and buy. Don’t misuse the checkout, try to disrupt the shop, or submit someone else’s payment details.
Problems with an order
Our return rules are on the returns page. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow that kind of limit, and in those states the law controls.
